Terrible communication throughout the entire process. I had to call multiple times despite being told they would reach out to me. I was given many false dates my vehicle would be ready. Incorrect parts were ordered due to employees not doing their job correctly resulting in the delay of my vehicle being ready. Very bad experience and I will make sure to steer family and friends away from this repair shop.

They definitely made sure not to return the vehicle until they knew it was 100% complete. The only thing that was frustrating was being told every week that it will be done THAT SAME week and in reality not having my vehicle for 2 months. I understand that they cannot control when parts come or if they come in faulty but I do not like to have false expectations. Overall amazing service!
