This is not the same service as Rocky Mountain use to be. The professional service and appearance of your employees are just not the same standard as Rocky Mountain was. The repair was good. The paint was a off some. The biggest complaint I had is, they called said my truck was ready when are you going to pick it up. I said I'll pick it up tomorrow morning. Then I called back and told them today before 5. I went to get it and it was not ready. They had to clean it it. WHEN THEY CALL YOU AND SAID ITS DONR IT SHOULD BE READY TO BE DRIVEN AWAY OR DONT CALL YOUR CUSTOMER AND TELL THEM ITS READY. PLAIN AND SIMPLE. DONT WASTE A VUSTOMERS TIME. IF ITS READY THEN IT SHOULD BE DONE!!! I will find other repair shop for my needs in the future and will tell others of my experience.

Overall, except for a few setbacks, we were satisfied. I was without my vehicle for 8 days, instead of the estimated 3 days. Our out-of-the-door cost was approximately $150 more than our highest estimate. Inside the rear of our vehicle near where the hatchback repairs took place, there was a thick coat of a whitish dust (much like sheetrock dust) coating everything and in every crevice. Also, the car did not look like it had been washed, even though we were told repeatedly that it was 'being washed,. In spite of these issues we were satisfied with the completed repairs and the friendly staff. We also realize that unforseen problems do arrise and can cause delays. We would recommend your business to our friends and would feel comfortable coming to you for additional body repairs.
