They have this set of twins Jim and Jake.. And one said one thing and the other said other. Jim did the appraisal and told me they need 3 days to fix the car and they will put some pain in the little scratches i have in the car. My car was there for a week. When I call to see if my car was ready on Monday they told me they waiting for they windshield. I told them whay is wrong with the windshield they just changed and he told me was other part and they will give me a call when the car was ready. (I never got a call I have to call them my car was there for week )this time I talked with Jake. When I went to pick up the car I was very disappointed with the job they did. They dint pain the scratches that Jim told me they were going to do. They also had paint in the driver's mirror. I have to go back so they can clean it because I cleaned and the paint won't come out. They leave glue over the windshield and parts of the car. Jake try to fix it and take out the glue the day I went to pick up my car and didn't come off he told me to bring the car so they can fix it. Also he so that the windshield was not put it right. He even talked with the guy that does the windshield and he even was surprised of the bad job. My work schedule is 6to 530 and I couldn't come sooner until I have a week day off. When I went to the shop and I told the secretary that I brought my car so they can fix it. She told "Jim" that I was there he was on the phone and I went to my car to take some pictures and then I went in when "Jim" came out of his office. I can see how mad he was and he was talking with a loud voice I just listened I was trying to said something and he wont let me talk and he was racing his voice I told him they first day I went what he told me and he ask me to go outside to see the car and he said I have to go were they put the windshield because they did the bad job. And when I remained he what he told me the first day he told me he will charge me 500 dlls to fix the scratches and I told me that is no what you told me and he replied I didn't said nothing I am Jake. Of curse I am very disappointed with your service.

At the beginning Jim was so nice. Honestly I was impressed. But after they did the service. No to much. When I told them my car was there for a week already. Jim or Jake I don't know who he was he told me well, I have vars here since Thanksgiving because we don't have the parts. I know he was very upset but he realized that we are on August?Nine months ago to fix a car it is a lot.
