missing a tire cap, it’s been replaced from the one i had was red. everything besides slight delays went smooth and the car was worked on efficiently. car wash was nice, a quick vacuum could’ve also completed the service thoroughly. all around 10 stars.

I was not satisfied due to the lack of communication from Valley Collision. Primarily, Christian was our point of contact, and was very poor in communicating the status of our vehicle. In previous experiences with Valley Collision, we have been updated on Tuesdays and Thursdays. However, this never happened with Christian.
