Great genuine people, I’d like to believe at least….the communication was just not there, i had rental coverage and waited two months for my car to get in there because Elizabeth misunderstood and thought I needed one of their loaner cars…on top of that, she gave an estimate of about two-three weeks for my car to be done when indeed it was actually a month and had to extend my rental coverage. I’m not sure what the issue was to prolong the delay but the communication could’ve been better on their end. I felt like I was hassling them for a simple reply or call back. Don’t get me wrong, My car looks like new again but the communication on delays was much of an inconvenience. I do appreciate the great work done by them though! Just expect waits and minimal communication.

The rental that was supplied to us had subpar windshield wipers that were not working effectively. In Michigan winter, that's dangerous. The snow/rain already made visibility difficult and the wipers just smearing the precipitation around made it even moreso. When we called in to ask about replacement windshields, we were told that they can't replace them, but will put in an order and give us a call when they came in. No call was given. It's fine if the item never came in, but communication from Van 8 is very poor. The text updates from the repair center were not accurate and very sparse. Oftentimes we were the ones to call in and ask for updates. My main concern is the communication. The work they did on our vehicle was wonderful and commendable! However the communication is lackluster.
