Worst experience ever. Do not use the shop. I went way over threshold, and they still continue to fix my car without approval from my insurance. I had to remove my car from the service center and take it somewhere else .

Please communicate with the dealership about this vehicle. We sent you a message that we do not own the 2016 Toyota anymore. We sold it to the dealership before it was fixed. It was part of our trading on a 2023 Camry.
