I would definitely recommend Venice Toyota…. I am thinking all the delays in getting my car repaired were caused somewhat by supply chain disruptions.

Donna gets a 10 for effort to explain and help; however, every date she gave me after asking the technician when the car would be ready for pick up was incorrect. I was originally told my car would be completed by November 27…. Then a parade of other dates. It was not ready until December 23.

Glass in defroster when I turned it out n shards of glass blew out all over the dashboard and passengers in car. Damage to vehicle was not completed. Bringing vehicle back for more repairs.
