Only one thing noted. I’m short the steering wheel was raised & now I can’t lower it, will see Donna on Friday afternoon, & have checked out. The person must have been a lot taller than I am. The accident part looks great. Thank you!

Not only will I not recommend it but I’m going to make sure I post and share my experience on every local social media page, Facebook, Nextdoor, google maps etc with pictures to let everyone know what an abysmal job Venice Toyota did.

By far the worst repair job I’ve EVER seen. They left broken panels, cut out panels that appeared to not fit correctly so someone took a knife and cut it to size. Disgusting interior where the workers didn’t clean up after themselves. It was absolutely shameful that someone did that kind of “work” and called it good. That tells me they either A. There is no quality control or B. A really incompetent person “checked the work”. I will absolutely be reporting this to the insurance to let them know the work that is being done at a “preferred shop”.

Very disappointed that I was handed my keys and no one walked around my car with me I walked around my car the front finder was not screwed in and there was over spray on the black plastic on the passenger side were some of the work was done there was scratch marks on the black plastic trim and my car was very dirty very disappointed

There is an issue with the passenger side rocker panel that is dented and not repaired. Brought this to their attention when picking up the car. We are scheduled to have this repaired next month along with the hood to be rebuffed due to a dull dimpled area.

The repair was fantastic! It took a lot longer than expected, but the shop was good about answering my questions. The only reason I gave it a 9 instead of a 10 is because there was a pics of weather stripping that didn’t stick and instead of ordering a new part, they just epoxied the old one on. I’m sure it will be fine, but it will not be able to be taken off if needed in the future. Over all the car looks great, though! They also could have called me to keep me informed, instead of me calling them, but I know things are busy for everyone!
