I am satisfied with the quality of the repair. I’ve had my vehicle back for almost two weeks, and based on the appearance of the work and my discussions with the repair team, everything seems to have been completed well. So far, I’m happy with the results.

Overall, the service was good. Steve and John were very helpful and friendly, took the time to explain the repair process, clearly reviewed the warranty, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The area that could use improvement would be the customer service experience with Cindy, as she was not very welcoming or engaging. A more positive and customer-focused interaction would have made the overall experience a 10.
