We were very pleased with the professionalism and communication. Got the car done in the time they said it would be. The damage was minimal, so if it was worse we would have expected it to take longer. My car came back really clean and smelled great! They send txt msg's to keep you updated. Which helps a lot. I had the option to bring my vehicle to the shop, and leave it there, while a Vermette employee gave me a ride to Enterprise. Similarly, upon the completion of my car's repair, all I had to do, was bring the rental back to the shop, and leave it there. The young man who assisted with the paperwork at Vermette was personable, and kind, and expressed a lot of concern about my emotional well-being, given I had just been involved in an accident involving a bicyclist.
