The amount of time. They told me three times that it would be ready by a certain time, but then had to tell me that it would be done at a later time. Other than that I am satisfied with the work they did.

The repair took approximately 2 months to complete, while most of the wait was due to parts, a weekly follow up would've been nice, instead of the customer calling every week for an update.

The car had a loose part on the bottom of the new front bumper. I showed it to the Rep who sent it back to the shop for reattachment. That took around 30min. Then when it came back I got into the vehicle and the drivers mat and border below the door were very dirty. I had to give it a good clean up when I got home. That's when I looked at the front bumper again and discover a small paint chip close to the area they re-fixed while I waited in the shop. At that point I just fix it myself using my BMW Touch-Up Stick Set because I could not bring myself to go back to the shop and then who knows what...They always treat me well at VIC'S and they try to help as much as they can but this time the repair did not come out flawless as usual.

I already did a survey. Last service my car mat was very dirty, they had to correct a loose part below the bumper and then later I found chip in the paint around that same area
