Body work looks great, damaged tire replaced. Great service from the Body shop and the Service shop. Providing a loaner to drive was so appreciated. I’ve only had the car back a few hours but so far I am completely happy. Thank you all.

The shop manager made my experience this time horrible and d long as he works there I will not be back. Very bad customer service!! Steve Morgan was the only reason I allowed my truck to stay there for repairs.

Steve Morgan and Jason as well as the others who worked on my truck did an amazing job. I'm very very dissatisfied with the shop manager Josh and his attitude and customer service definitely needs a lot of work and coaching.

Josh Thomason body shop manager was great. They did an excellent job and got it done faster then expected. He gave me a great CRV for loaner. Mine is CRV so very comfortable with car. He was so professional and polite. Sent me updates and personally called to tell me done. Katherine in office had just called also. She Also kept me informed. I took in Monday morning and said be done Wednesday but got completed Tuesday afternoon. I was so pleased. Katherine took me to car and we inspected together. Perfect. The people at this Honda care and one reason I drive a Honda. Told several friends and could not believe loaner and such fast service. Josh made me feel like I was important and a valuable customer. He called to thank me for choosing Honda and make sure I was satisfied with repair. Honda is blessed to have these people working for them. Thank you!
