I would’ve appreciated more communication re: status of the repairs. I would be told car would be available by a certain day & time. No one would call me, then I would have to call to find out there was a delay. I don’t mind the delay, but it would be nice if I was called instead of me having to call. Also, I was told my side bumper would be ready last week. It is Sunday & I still haven’t heard from anyone.

When I picked up the vehicle, The mirror adjustor lever was missing. I'm still waiting for the replacement part.

I have mostly care concerns regarding the paint. I will not wash the car for a few months and based on the info on the internet. I will use a soft cloth with clean water to wipe any bird poo or other debris from daily driving. I do not have a carport. So dew collects on the paint at night. I thought about renting an enclosed garage for two months to let the paint cure without any weathering from the elements. I think this idea maybe to expensive. I do have another car . Any comments or suggestions will be much appreciated. Thank you for the high quality work. I look forward to the wet sanding to correct paint sagging on the roof edges. Again thank you. The truck looks and feels much better. I think after the two months are up I will have British sports cars fix the sunroofs and find an installer for a new headliner.

I had autobody work done. Was not happy with my car having a dent in front. Finally decided to get it fixed and they did an amazing job. They kept me informed of ordering parts and when to expect it to be done. So happy to have my car look new again.
