Paul at Villa Autobody was a ray of sunshine in an otherwise very cloudy experience after my car was totaled in a vehicle accident. When I couldn't get clarity, timely communication, or empathy from my insurance provider Paul served as a counter weight in an otherwise terrible experience. He was compassionate, kind, patient, and wrote a thorough and detailed estimate of damages and image report so that I could pursue a claim with the opposing parties insurance company. He didn't blink an eye when I was crying in his shop and worked his magic to make sure I wasn't further traumatized by the process. Villa automotive and autobody repair has a received a customer for life!

Excellent work, once again! I took my car to their body shop to repair some bubbles/degradation in the finish. The finished product is excellent. It blends in perfectly with my original finish on the rest of the car.
