They were nice enough, but had promised to keep us up to date on when it would be ready, and the only time we heard from them was a confusing automated message or when we called to ask.

A delay in getting the car cleaned after the repair proved to be confusing and frustrating. When picking up the car, I was informed that an extra 3% would be charged if using a credit card. Fine (?) but I should have been told before picking it up so I could have had an alternative. Credit card machine didn't work anyway. Overall, not impressed with the service or professionalism.

Paul inspected the minor scratches on my truck and thought they could be buffed out--one completely and one to be made much less noticeable. Although a relatively small body work project, Paul was professional and provided the same level of client care as if this was a larger job.
