Everyone was thorough in the repairs, however, my breaks are now hard to stop and the car wasn't cleaned fully. The inside of the windshield was streaky and I had to purchase glass cleaning wipes to clean it up. Also, there was still sticky tea on my rearview mirror. I'll follow up with the shop directly.

I was amazed how easy it was for me to get everything completed. The communication was perfect. I loved the website they send you to keep an eye on the progress. Text communication on top of phone calls were perfect. My car looked brand new when it was all finished inside and out! Very impressed!

I am so happy with the service I received today, it was top notch!! I was given a loaner car while my vehicle was being serviced. I was given a brand new vehicle, that I was very impressed with. The service on my vehicle was going to be 600.00 dollars, but Ford decided that it would be no cost to me, and covered it under warranty!
