I have been into the shop on two fairly recent issues. Both were ultimately satisfactorily resolved. I never met the mechanics - the ultimate core of the work completed. (thank you mechanics) However, I dealt with Mark in the main office who could not have been more solicitous of the customer's needs and surely went above and beyond duty to represent the care and quality represented by and expected from Vintage .
