Wonderful service! Laya and the team were lovely to work with, realistic with estimates, helpful with status updates, and knowledgeable in dealing with insurance. I appreciate the willingness to provide a quick look to make sure my car was safe to drive after getting into a fender bender as well. Got the clear sense that you folks know what you're doing and do it very well. And thank you for vacuuming out my car and even finding a lost earring under one of the mats!! :) Nothing but good things to say. Will definitely recommend.

I love VIP and I am a repeat customer. Laya is the best! She is very friendly and knowledgeable. She knows her stuff when it comes to estimates and also knows how to work with my insurance company and the car rental folks. She has made each one of my experiences easy and stress free. In addition, the work done on my car has been of the highest quality. Beautiful work, just like new. Also, my car was spotless outside and in, which was really appreciated. Finally, the work was timely and completed on schedule. 5 stars - highly recommend!
