After an auto accident we were given the choice of Virgil’s Auto Body to take our vehicle to for repairs and it was the best decision we could have made. We were completely satisfied with the customer service and repairs done on our vehicle plus we got a car wash to boot! Thankful to them for a quick, smooth and easy experience!!!!

Sorry for delaying my survey. On the whole I was very happy with Virgil’s body shop. When I came up to pickup the vehicle I was happy with everything EXCEPT ONE AREA. So very reluctantly I informed Scott that I could see some space between the door and the side fender which I could not see on the other side of the car. So he had one of the employees pull in the vehicle and try to fix it. It still did not look the same. So that was my only disappointment. Since I didn’t know much about cars I was waiting until I go to Lancaster this weekend and get the opinion of my neighbor who knows a lot about vehicles. If I am going to keep this vehicle with me for a long time, then I don’t mind it. I plan to trade in this vehicle in the next few months for a newer vehicle. So my concern is will this little space make the dealership bring down the value of my vehicle, and condemn it as a vehicle that has been involved in an accident.

Scott was very courteous and friendly and the owner who gave me a ride back home when I dropped off the car was extremely friendly and nice to me.
