I’m not happy that I was told that new parts were going to be used only to pick up my car and find out the parts were used and had scratches. Although they tried to buff them out the scratches are still visible.

Living in the Conejo valley my entire life, I’ve used and referred Virgil’s Auto Body countless times over the past 25+ years! They do exceptional work, use factory parts, color match perfectly, body panel gaps are always spot on and they are super easy to work with. They are AAA certified so all claims are handled seamlessly. Can’t say enough good things about those guys!!

As usual Virgil’s is the source of factory spec or better repairs and paint. Scott represents Virgil’s in the most professional and courteous way. Virgil’s is Five Star quality in every way. I’ve never had a negative experience with Virgil’s ever.

Virgil’s is one of the few places where one can expect OEM workmanship or better quality as standard. I’m not sure if Virgil’s uses masking tape. They strip off all parts and paint components that others mask around and paint. I’ve never had any negative experiences with any repair I’ve had. Always 5 Star quality and customer service.
