Quick service the minute I arrived with my vehicle for its first inspection. They had already my AAA case number and placed an order for the replacement parts that day.

Not only did the assigned assistant get me immediate help, he cautioned me that the initial estimate might be adjusted once the bumper was removed. Since the vehicle was drivable at that time, I understood. Everything came together after I drove over a series of residential street bumps and the bumper slipped. As soon as I brought it in, they began replacing items.

First impression when entering the office space was clean and orderly. The man behind the desk was attentive and helpful. Maintenance repair area was organized and clean a little bit impressive. I was pleased with the repair they did on my car. Virgil’s Autobody has my recommendation!
