I had to wait an additional day because of a pepper flake and they had to repaint it. Only to find out when I got home under good light. There is still a pepper flake on the driver side handle area.

The people were very pleasant and professional. The fella who gave me an estimate was not very experienced. After the original estimate, he called back to additional times to change the estimate by increasing it. He did not realize my Corvette was one that requires a higher service charge.

After receiving my vehicle and viewing it in direct sunlight (previously viewed in the service building) I can see a definite line where the body work was done. I also noticed that there is a blemish on the opposite side of the truck bed where it was bumped/ rubbed against something.

The most friendly shop I’ve ever been in they make you feel right at home. I don’t know what you’re doing and take pride in all their work. They go overboard and treating their customers with respect and listen what they specifically want done and go out of the way to make it happen. They said their guard above and beyond for customer services is.

I was recommended to Visual FX by another body shop for the outstanding color matching and bodywork. I want to pick up my car and he drove it out and I was overwhelmed and Mesmerized how beautiful my car looked and the detailed workmanship they’ve done to get my car in this pristine state I’ve been in construction and around body shops and Repair shops all my life, and never had the staff as professional as they are the body people and paint people you work as professionally as this the staff is outstanding management is great and go out of the way to make the customer satisfied and I am a very meticulous person .

I've used them a couple times & always a good experience. The final cost was very close to Estimate. They kept me informed of progress. And the car was returned very clean. The "drop box" system for picking up car after hours is very secure. Highly recommend.
