ALL representatives were very professional and friendly. There was a delay in picking up my car late Friday afternoon but their office stayed open an hour after normal closing time to allow me to pick up it up before Monday. The price was fair and competitive and I would definitely recommend Virtual FX in GCS 👍🏻

Couldn’t be happier, was very discomforted knowing that someone other than myself would be working on my car due to a collision in a parking lot when I was not around. After seeing their work I’m confident in the quality of their work now. Very helpful, very responsive and quick at getting information back to me and always kept me updated about my vehicle. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the car enthusiast community. Well worth the hour drive past many collision shops near where I live for the right professionalism and quality work.

I was being called every week and being told they were waiting for parts and it was always the same excuse... not only that but the minute i drove off the lot my car started over heating... didnt even bother to fill up my coolant. And now the Air conditioning barely even works. Awful work.
