Jennifer was incredible from the estimate to picking it up, super friendly and extremely professional. Everyone I came in contact with while I was there held themselves to my highest expectation of professionalism, and I knew I needed visual fx to complete my job. Truly satisfied with the job... ..break down in communication .. but it was corrected ... Little impersonal at the end of the transaction.. I felt like my salesperson got Her money.. it was Over.. As Far as making sure I was ok all the Way out the Door to reassure me that if there was anything else I needed.. concerning the car I could call.. she didn't make me feel that way but thanks to management.. Paul very helpful and I came down to my exhaust being taken care of but overall Im truly happy.

Visual Fx has given the best quality service they can. The staff there were perfect. Kathy & Jenn made sure made sure I was updated as the repair to my vehicle was completed.
