The most friendly shop I’ve ever been in they make you feel right at home. I don’t know what you’re doing and take pride in all their work. They go overboard and treating their customers with respect and listen what they specifically want done and go out of the way to make it happen. They said their guard above and beyond for customer services is.

I was recommended to Visual FX by another body shop for the outstanding color matching and bodywork. I want to pick up my car and he drove it out and I was overwhelmed and Mesmerized how beautiful my car looked and the detailed workmanship they’ve done to get my car in this pristine state I’ve been in construction and around body shops and Repair shops all my life, and never had the staff as professional as they are the body people and paint people you work as professionally as this the staff is outstanding management is great and go out of the way to make the customer satisfied and I am a very meticulous person .

I've used them a couple times & always a good experience. The final cost was very close to Estimate. They kept me informed of progress. And the car was returned very clean. The "drop box" system for picking up car after hours is very secure. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately this is my 3rd time this year with my trucks at Visual FX, but they have done amazing work everything. I highly recommend them for any. Auto body repair. They even have an enterprise rental car agency in the office with them now. Makes everything very easy..

I dropped my truck off around 9:30 am and they took it right in to do the step replacements. Everything was completed and I was able to pick the truck up by 4:00 pm. My wife and I are both very satisfied with the final work. She can now enter the truck from both sides and front and rear doors without assistance.

Having problems still no ac. Sensor behind the bumper disabled ,front passenger door needs adjusting won’t close unless slammed rubber plugs left off door . Hood sensor not working.
