I received an initial estimate and once the car was in their shop a phone call for approval to add the expenses for hidden damage. That was not an issue. I understand that hidden damage cannot be estimated. I got a second call telling me that the estimator failed to include the cost for blending the paint from the new rear bumper to the rear side panels for a good match. That was an unexpected increase and something that should have been on the estimate. Had that been included in the original estimate I might have gone elsewhere because it put the cost well over another estimate I had. Then after being told to pick up the car I got a call saying that they couldn't fine the new step pad that goes on the top of the bumper. They had ordered it and then misplaced it. The caller asked if it would be ok if they cleaned the old one and put it back on. Wanting to get the car I told them yes. The paint job looks great and the step pad looks good. I just dont feel good about the whole experience.

The painter was extremely kind and did a fantastic and quality color matching job, but no one called me in time on the day that it was supposed to be ready. I had to wait several more days and send someone else to pick up my part for me.
