It was a perfect repair experience. Debra was so accommodating, friendly and efficient and the team did a wonderful job. The repair is excellent, the car was washed and the interior superbly clean. They even tire shined the wheels!! Definitely a 10+++. Will recommend to my friends!

The repair work was excellent. Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. You had my car across three weekends and although I did receive two text messages after the fact, I had to call many times to figure out what was going on. I spoke to the estimator several times, but he never called me back when he said he would. Finally, there was some internal damage to my steering wheel and I showed it to two senior managers. I know it is not clear how it happened, or that it can be fixed. But they said they would speak to the owner and get back to me. Silence. Simply not courteous.
