The regular updates via text messaging on the repair status were extremely helpful...you can't beat modern tech when it is used this way. However, more importantly, I want to thank Debra for the excellent customer service she provided from start to finish, and she did so with great empathy in a genuine and friendly manner. In a situation that was inherently frustrating having to get my car repaired, I couldn’t have asked for a more seamless, painless and simple process for the actual repair that VIVE completed. Dealing with insurance companies and counterparties involved was horrendous but dealing with VIVE was amazing and made all of the difference! Debra was so friendly and understanding and the repair shop had my car completed faster than expected without sacrificing any quality at all. Thank you to VIVE!
