Vive staff is so professional—my repair was accomplished quickly and with so little effort on my part—it was lovely. Vive interfaced with my insurance and the rental co for me. And when there was a small issue with the repair the staff responded quickly and pleasantly and it was accomplished.

My Tesla Model Y was involved in a rear end collision in which the lift back had to be replaced as well as some other minor repair. I was extremely satisfied with the work that Vive did. They kept me informed of their progress on a daily basis and also called to inform me of a delay due to Tesla's supply chain. All in all I give them a 10 out of 10! They were very pleasant to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
