Lack off communication when it came to supplementals didn't know after the 1st estimate had no clue there was so much added to the 1st estimate.I only called 2 times when I was told it was ready I got a lecture about calling state farm to ask about extension of rental I guess he had a conversations with the body shop witch was not well received

The customer service was excellent, my car was finished prior than the expected day. My family and I were on vacation at the time and there was no problem for them hold my car for an extra day. The car was returned to me, cleaned and washed. Great doing business with this company!
