It was a seamless process from the moment I walked through the door and met Debra. She explained all steps and informed me of the updates I would be receiving throughout the process. Through the process the text let me know exactly what stage my vehicle was in and it's estimated finish date. Then I recieved a call letting me know that my vehicle was done 9 days sooner Than expected which made me ecstatic. They called me an hour 15 before closing which allowed me to come in before they closed and get my vehicle before the weekend. I got there ans Bashoo at the front desk was awesome, Joel went and pulled my car up for me.Robert, my service advisor, thanks for getting it done so fast. Thank you everyone at Vive for making a cruddy situation as delightful as it could be.
