I am satisfied with the service and the work. The only very small minor issue I found is that I had to adjust the beam on the new headlamp as it was aimed higher than the other. It was easy to fix as Tesla provides a means to readjust the head lamp beam manually. It was a minor readjustment found under service on the Tesla computer

There's not a single thing I would change about my experience. If I need any work done in the future, I will return to VIVE. I dropped in to get initial impressions of the problem with my car's hatchback. Right off the bat the team was friendly, comminicative, and had a good sense of humor. We got on the same page about what the problem was and next steps towards fixing it. They went above and beyond getting the car situated for its return to the streets. Even gave me a hand loading my bike in there at pick up. I didn't rent a car, but noticed that they helped people coordinate with the rental place nearby which is another positive.
