I stated when I picked up my car that the tires were low on air. They told me drive the car and they will warm up. I ended driving home to Saratoga and the passenger rear tire went to 17 PSI and unable to drive. Then waited for their tow truck to take my car and drop me off at Enterprise for another rental. When I arrived at Enterprise they had no billing information to bill back to Vive and they were closed and waited and hour at Enterprise to pay for the car out of my own pocket. No I am I. Limbo without my own car and curious why it was not filled with the Nitrogen gas that was in it before after my insurance paid $21k that should have been covered. I am nervous I am going to have a Tire pressure going forward.

The Staff were nice and friendly. My vehicle was taken care of very well, and communication is on point. I rented a vehicle with Enterprise and my rental was taken care of as well. Will definitely recommend Vive to anyone.
