The new bumper doesn’t sit flush with the sides of the car as the paint is too thick in the seams for it to sit flush

The work they did was great, there was one piece that was after market that didn’t fit right but they are ordering a replacement and following up with insurance. Communication with vive was great they gave text message updates throughout

When there are so many why go to a place that is mediocre, you have to go back to, and gives you a dirty car.

There were similar scuffs along the car when picked up. The manger made it seem like it was my fault due to just driving the car, however it had only 500 miles prior to the major collision. He did offer to buff them but not without letting me know how it was likely not their fault. The two front seats click while driving now and the wheel that was affected was said to have been refinished. However, there are still spots where paint is missing. The car had a ton of dust in the inside and i was surprised to get my car back unwashed.
