This is my first time using VIVE collision for repair on my car that was recommended by my car insurance and they keep me updated throughout the whole experience and they were very nice and welcoming. The car looks brand new and I am beyond impressed with all the work they made on my car! I would highly recommend them for any repairs you would need on your vehicle!

Having your car put in a shop, not knowing how it will turn out and trusting that the shop will stay on schedule, well, it can be stressful. Vive was reccomended to me by my insurance company and not the usual company the family takes our cars to- and that made me nervous. However the company really suprised me, they live up to their hype! I mean I was expecting the work to be done correctly ( which it did) but the customer service? GREAT. They contacted me regularly to let me know at what stage my car was at and even though there was a snowstorm with considerable amount of snow, they kept to the timeline. They were available for questions and it was all over just a really good experience. I will reccomend them for sure!
