I am shocked at what a wonderful job they did!! It was amazing and they even washed and vacuumed my car. They don’t get a ten, they get a 15!

Communication was excellent, starting with in person when I dropped the car off, continuing with texts giving me repair status updates, and ending with a phone call from the service manager who worked a miracle to get me my car back well before the promised date. Not only was my car repaired by an extremely qualified mechanic, but Vive cleaned and vacuumed the inside of the car as well. Everyone at Vive was friendly and extremely helpful during this process. I never leave reviews but I was so impressed with Vive that I decided to leave one, my first one, and hope that anybody reading this who is looking for a talented, thorough and honest mechanic will stop here first.
