I was very impressed with the level of customer service excellence. (they went as far as to take out my car seat and put it in my Rent-A-Car and then back again! Now that is impressive! … Going above and beyond!) my car was returned in a timely manner, and vacuumed and washed. And everyone was very friendly! Thank you, VMS!

The entire experience was beyond excellent. From the first phone call I made and spoke with Sally and going in that same day to the shop. The whole process was easy and the whole staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and willingness to help with the whole process. They made me feel heard and worked with me, kept me up to date with the whole process. It give more than a 5 star experience. Great job VMS.
