I would not recommend you guys because it a lot of work dealing with accident and insurances and rental then having to return back second and third time just to have your car back. I would not want anyone else i know to have to go through that

First I had to wait a week before you guys get me in, then took 7 days to repair, workmanship was really poor and the whole repair had to be redone, another 4 days, then I had to come back again because the clear coat had obvious marks on a brand new hood, I had work done by other shops on my different cars through the years I never had to return so many times, my car was new and nice, someone smashed into me so there is no reason for me to get back a car that looks like it's been "patched up".

No one ever called to inform me of what is going on, delays, what type of (extra) work needs to be done. I had to call to find out. I give this a 7 because the drop off/pick up was quick and Vogel dealt with insurance company for me so i didnt have to argue with them. Also vogel saw the issues without questioning or arguing (even though the issues i brought up were fairly evident)

The customer service was excellent, however the bumper that was replaced had several scratches on it and we will be having it replaced.

Wellington was an excellent customer service representative. Kept me informed of repair work, was very apologetic about delays and such, took care of difficulties that were occuring and provided oversight to the work being done to make sure it was done in excellence. However there difficulties with the rental car showing up on time which made me late for work, and the rental smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke, to the point of me having to make an effort to return it. Enterprise's policies however, didn't allow me to do that bc I would have had to drive to their location and my work schedule didn't allow for that.
