Due to the scratch that was not caught by Vogels and instead by myself I will have a tough time recommending the shop to a friend or family member.

Unfortunately, the front bumper was replaced and when they pulled it out of the garage to deliver to me there was a large scratch on the new bumper. I was dissapointed this wasn't caught by the proper management and fixed before revealing to me. However, I must say after I pointed out the scratch they apologized and quickly rectified the problem next week by repainting my bumper and it now looks sharp. I would give it a 10 if it was done right the first time.
