I picked up my vehicle this morning. For some reason it wouldn't start they said it was because it had been sitting. Okay I can kind of see that but I also noticed trim hanging off a bit on the side which I questioned and was told it was like that before ? Which was odd because it wasn't but regardless based on the work that was done this looks to have been replaced so I am not sure why it's poking our near the windshield and pass side frt door. In addition to that there is a nice little set of indents on the right frt fender where it looks like someone tapped the fender in. But what I really am not happy with is the fact that my passenger rear tire is making this flapping noise when I apply my brakes. My vehicle was most definitely NOT doing that before. So I am very dissatisfied and I don't understand why Vogels would think I would be okay if they supposedly test drove my vehicle after the repairs were made.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service I received. Friendly staff. I didn't give a perfect score only because I had to return twice. Despite that, they were quick to fix everything both times I returned. My car looks great! Beautiful paint job!
