It all started with a small gas and service station in downtown Westborough where the white family fulfilled the need for autobody repair. Very polite and professional, explained the process, took care of the paperwork, communicated the status of my car periodically so that I could plan ahead; had a loaner car right there, so it was convenient for me to drop off and pick up my car. The entire process was pain free, my car looks like new (at least the damaged area - keep in mind this is a 2009 model) and the loaner was superb.
