    "I got the run around with another shop, canceled appointments, not answering emails and a bunch of excuses about short staffing and staffing running late to work. Too many red flags so had AI chose some local shops and your shop came up on top. The experience was stellar. When we dropped the car off, the rep was already texting Enterprise for a shuttle. I received regular texts with updates. I was ecstatic when I got the text the car was done early. Called and spoke to Carrie who was friendly, efficient and professional. Dropped off the rental and picked up the car in less time I spend waiting at the other shop for my estimate. The work looked great. Thank you. Your team lives up to your stellar reviews and I’ve shared this experience with my family."
