    "I was asked to bring the car in for repair by Kelsey Breiner, at a specified time. I brought our car in and Kelsey had a rent-a-car ready for me. We discussed the repairs and I left. Kelsey kept in touch throughout the repair duration via email. She said when repairs would be finished and the car was actually done two days early. Kelsey called and advised me it was ready. I came to the shop and dropped off the rental vehicle and looked at our Toyota with Kelsey. She walked me through the repairs. The car was flawless. The paint matched perfectly. Everything fit perfectly. The car was so detailed it looked like new. Very impressive. We went inside to the office and Kelsey gave me the paperwork and covered all the details.
