I was real impressed with how quick and efficient the service was. I was rear ended Tuesday evening and received a call Wednesday morning letting me know I could bring my car in, so I did that. Then I received a call/text Thursday evening stating it was ready for pick up!! That was extremely fast and totally unexpected! Never the less my experience was excellent and I will definitely recommend the Toyota collision center!

The customer service was excellent. Other businesses in the area need to take lessons from Toyota. Sam's bubbly personality was very refreshing and so helpful. Lisa was very helpful in trying to arrange a courtesy shuttle for me. Shelton explained everything that had been done to my car. It's unfortunate of why I had to come and see them, but they are truly a first-class organization and my needs were exceeded. Thank you very much and keep up the outstanding customer service.
