In this day and age where people rarely acknowledge you as a customer and provide service that comes from a place of apathy and laziness, it was refreshing to have the support of Jessica and the technician Shawn. What a professional team. Jessica provided outstanding updates and needed details along the way, and Shawn took time to explain me the process and plan for his rebuild of my truck. Both are outstanding professionals and are excellent representatives of your team/operations. Let me also add that your counter customer service rep Jordan was also an extremely Important professional in part of the process, and also provided great customer service. Please pass along my sincerest appreciation and if there is a way you can recognize this group formally, please do. They are exactly the type of people I would have wanted working on my team when I was in the Air Force.

From start to finish, I was kept abreast of the status of my repair. The customer service was top notch with every interaction I had. I was pleasantly surprised by a clean car when I picked up my vehicle. The car looks great. I know this may sound corny, but the note left in my car stating my sunglasses were cleaned too, brought a smile to my face. Finally, I thoroughly enjoyed the text messages each time an update was sent.
