The repair took over a month. My car was driven by a technician to another location and when I asked if they could give me my car back on the same percentage that it was given I was told no. There was no real sympathy for the major back and forth and inconvenience I was placed in having to extend my rental and then eventually having to pay out of pocket for the rental because the car was still not repaired after the first 2 dates of completion given.

My car was well-cared for after I dropped it off for repairs. The check-in process was so smooth and it felt like top-notch service having Enterprise called for me to be picked up. My car was also washed as a bonus and the technicians were thoughtful enough to put paper mats to not dirty my vehicle floor.
