The repair took longer than a month, shouldn't have, and Enterprise rental is charging me $636 that my insurance did not cover for rental. Also, the drive of my car is not as smooth as before, the alignment is off and the ride is uneven, this should have been corrected, because the impact from the accident appears to have shifted the alignment. I am not satisfied at all.

My car is making noises that it didn’t make when brought in for the the repair. It makes noise when wheel is turned right or left and when taking of from stop and during drive. Not sure if something is loose from suspension work but it needs to be resolved. I talked with the gentleman there and I told him I would bring it back on Monday morning.

My car was there for a little over two weeks only to have to return because my car is now making noises that it didn’t make prior to going into the shop. Clearly it was driven on the last check because the technician definitely would have heard the noises.
