I was originally told it would be 3 days when I got my estimate but when I dropped it off It was changed to 5 days only to received a call and said it would have to keep it over the weekend. So I rented because we needed one. The next day I received a call saying the car would be done the next day. The result being I paid for 2 days on a car I really didn't need. I think the crew should get there act together and be a little more professional to the customer.
