Mark and Michael were helpful, kind and quick! The work on my car was done before the given timeframe and my car looks fantastic! Mark also helped me save money by suggesting I send along a bill from another auto body shop to the insurance company handling the claim from my accident. I was able to recoup money I didn’t think I’d see again. Ten out of ten customer service and workmanship!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Wantagh Auto Body Shop from start to finish. The entire team kept me informed throughout the repair process and provided outstanding customer service every step of the way. From the moment I arrived, they made the experience as comfortable as possible. While my estimate was being prepared on a hot day, they invited me to wait inside in the air conditioning, and they even welcomed my small dog inside instead of making us wait outdoors. They were honest and transparent from the beginning, explaining the repairs that were needed, the parts they planned to use, and providing a realistic estimate while making it clear the final cost could change if additional damage was discovered during the repair. After the work was completed, they took the time to show me photos of the repairs and explain everything that had been done. Their professionalism, communication, honesty, and attention to customer service made the entire process stress-free. I highly recommend Wantagh Auto Body Shop to anyone looking for quality work and a shop they can trust.
