foreman needs new glasses or a eye check, hard lines, paint run, overspray on chrome, hard tape lines on fender, AND THE WRONG COLOR WHITE. complete incompetence by a “professional”

Vehicle was repaired the first time and my passenger door was hitting the front fender when it was opened. Brought the vehicle back for a second time and was told the issue was fixed, which it was. However, upon further inspection, the shop left a huge gap between the door and front fender and basically the whole left front side of my vehicle was not aligned properly. Brought vehicle back for a third time and issue was corrected. However, vehicle was returned to me with a white dust all over the front left side of the vehicle. For the estimate that was given to my insurance company and me having to pay a deductible, no way would I ever bring a vehicle back to this shop. I will close by saying that the shop was very easy to work with regarding the corrections. Zero issues on that end. I got the feeling the job was rushed the first time and rushed again the second time. Would think maybe they would detail the vehicle after this ordeal and give it back looking like new.

Hi, my name is José. Honestly, I’m really happy—I can't even describe how I felt seeing the dedication and effort they put in. They did the job as if the car were their own; they were incredibly detail-oriented. Even as the owner, I can barely tell where the damage used to be. I also loved that they fixed something extra that wasn't even part of the original repair agreement—that just shows how dedicated they are. They did a fantastic job.
